When will I be charged?
Eligible new accounts receive one three-day trial. Secure checkout confirms eligibility, the exact first charge date, and the amount before you continue. Accounts that already used a trial start paid access immediately.
Is a payment method required?
Yes. Sendezeit has no permanent free app plan. Public tools remain free without a workspace subscription.
Are publications capped?
Non-X publishing and scheduling are unlimited under fair use and each network’s provider limits. To protect reliability, an account can have up to 1,000 pending deliveries at once. This is a queue safeguard, not a monthly publication limit. X uses the disclosed API allowance because X charges per operation.
How does the X API budget work?
Paid X allowances are $1 Core, $6 Growth, and $15 Studio per monthly allowance cycle. The number of actions varies with X’s live per-operation prices, so Sendezeit meters estimated cost instead of promising an artificial post count. Trial publishing is capped at $0.30. Growth and Studio trials also include a separate $0.30 Reply Finder allowance, with no more than five trial X publications and one URL publication.
Can I add a company VAT ID?
Not yet. Launch checkout is designed for consumers and prosumers. Company VAT IDs and reverse-charge business invoices are not supported at this stage. Displayed EUR prices include VAT where required.
What happens when the trial ends?
The workspace becomes safely read-only. Content, connections, history, and Pico state are not deleted. Manual export and account controls remain available.
Can I cancel during the trial?
Yes. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. The management portal shows the effective date.
What happens after a payment failure?
A grace period follows the billing event. When access expires, new writes and publishing stop while existing data remains readable.
Does Sendezeit train AI on my content?
No. Prompt content and Writing style examples are not used for model training and are excluded from normal logs and analytics.
How are social tokens protected?
Tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, excluded from analytics and logs, and revoked when a destination disconnects.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. Account deletion requires reauthentication and removes account data according to the published retention policy. Export is available first.
Does TikTok always publish directly?
No. Direct public publishing is shown only after TikTok approves the app. Draft handoff is explicit and never misreported as a publication.
Does a higher plan make Pico grow faster?
Never. Plans change capacity and workflow features only. Progress is always tied to confirmed public publishing.
