Yes, but only when you press Refresh conversations. It reads recent original posts from the X accounts you explicitly saved; there is no background polling.
Will it reply automatically?
No. Refreshing only fetches and ranks. AI runs only after you press Draft with AI, and the final action returns you to X for review.
Does replying grow Pico?
No. Only a confirmed publication from the main publishing system creates progress.
