Terms of Service

Sendezeit provides content creation, channel adaptation, scheduling, publishing, analytics, approved automations, and optional AI assistance. The service does not promise business outcomes, audience growth, revenue, or uninterrupted third-party availability.

You are responsible for accurate account information, securing your credentials, and actions performed through your active sessions and connected destinations.

Core, Growth, and Studio begin with a three-day trial that requires a payment method and renew until cancelled. Cancellation or expiry makes the workspace read-only after the paid period but does not intentionally delete existing content or history. Provider costs may require reasonable allowance changes with notice.

You retain rights in content, approved Voice examples, and media you submit. You grant Sendezeit the limited rights required to store, process, adapt, display, export, and publish that content at your direction. AI output must be reviewed before use.

X, Meta, RevenueCat, hosting, storage, and model-distribution services operate under their own terms. Their outages, reviews, or permission changes may affect automation; manual creation and copy/share remain available where practical.

You may stop using Sendezeit and request deletion. Final warranty disclaimers, liability caps, governing law, company identity, and dispute terms must be completed by launch counsel for the operating entity.
